Shaker card with beads

Hello!

Its too quiet around here yah? The first quarter of the year is the busiest time at work and crafting is taking a back seat (but only for a little while). My usual craft time that I kept mostly over the weekend is used up to either attend to more activities at work or left for myself to recharge for the next week ahead.

Anyhow, I’m sharing here a shaker card using beads that I found in my local store (its been in my stash for as long as I can remember) and I’m glad to use it this time.  You can find my first shaker here.

The beads are much bigger in size compared to the ones I see online that is called microbeads. Mine is much a bigger size as those.

I’m sharing this card also to SarahHurley365 blog today so check them out there too.

Dude! You are amazing

Hi there!

Just checking in quickly to share a card with a masculine theme. I used a die from Lil’ Inker Designs and stamps from Kelly Purkey. The papers are from a guy themed distressed papers from my stash that I haven’t used for a while. Great to make use of it this time.

I’ll be here

I had the chance to play with my stamp win from Mama Elephant. I received this stamp for sometime now and I’m so glad to use it this time.

I colored the little girl image with promarker and fussy cut her and the teeny tiny turtle as well. I used pattern papers from Lawn Fawn. Did you noticed lately I’ve been putting sequins in every card I make?  I think that’s my latest addition in card making. I so love the sequins I got from Pretty Pink Posh 🙂

My card sketch inspiration is from Sketch N Scrap sketch # 41.

Hello!

Hello there!

Its been very quiet here for sometime, as most of us are, the holiday season has also kept me busy as well.

And so..kicking with my first card project for the year is a fun coloring using Some Odd Girl digistamp, Mae. I used coordinating colored papers and vellum to complement the image colors. For texture I used some sequins to also mimic the vellum polka dots in the background.

My card inspiration sketch is from Sketch Saturday, Week # 342.
