Popping in to share September’s monthly challenge at Sarah Hurley challenge blog. September’s challenge is Autumn Glow hosted by Jessica.
For my project, I used the autumn leaves from Sarah’s Farmers Market Autumn Themed digital scrapbook kit and made it as pattern to cut felt. I have a stash of felt from previous works that I kept and organized by color. I love how the felt mimics the same colors from Sarah’s digi kit. Putting them altogether gives this rich autumn color, orange, reds, and brown. The strips of patterned paper at the bottom are also from the same autumn kit.
The challenge will be on until end of September so there’s plenty of time to play along.
I’m entering this card to Simon Says Stamp, Anything Goes challenge.
Also in Sister Act Card Challenge # 22, Anything Goes.

See you all there!
This week’s challenge at CAS-ual Fridays is to create a clean and simple project inspired by autumn, CFC71
I freehand cut the felt leaf I used here, then embossed a woodgrain background to add a little texture. The stamp came from Ali Edwards’ Simply you stamp set.
The colors mainly follow the autumn colors and I love the simple monochromatic (in-a-way) colors are applied on this card.
