I was doing some alcohol marker coloring over the weekend using these cupcake stamps from Hero Arts.
Happy to use them finally in a birthday card. I added some sequins and twine for my embellishments.
I used the card sketch inspiration from Freshly Made Sketches # 176.

Checking in quickly to share these mini (3 x 3 in) cards. I used the Sweet Stamp Shop stamps that I have in my stash for a while. So glad to use them today.
I stamped the images and fussy cut each one of them. I then added some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for some glam.
I also stamped the envelope with the same stamps I used in the cards.
Excited to play at CASology: Week 135 – Mini.
I’m entering this card too in Less is More Challenge- Week 213, This Makes me Happy. Small, cute and whimsical stamps make me happy 🙂
And also to Simon Says Stamp, Simon Monday Challenge – No Rules.
Today I had the chance to play with watercolors. I bought Strathmore watercolor paper and Bristol paper the other day at our local craft store so I’m trying them out. Although Bristol can hold some water-coloring, it’s not as forgiving as the actual watercolor paper. Still I love both of these papers. I will try some other types of coloring using Bristol and will share that here too when its done.
For the professor, I used the Bristol while the rest are watercolor paper.
I use the card sketch from Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge, joining in February 22-28 Designer Drafts Challenge.
I don’t have the coordinating die for this stamp set so I fussy cut all the pieces to make this scene.
The challenge sketch
I’m entering this also in Simon Says Stamp, Anything Goes challenge.
Also in Word Art Wednesday Challenge # 172, Anything Goes.
I had the chance to play with my stamp win from Mama Elephant. I received this stamp for sometime now and I’m so glad to use it this time.
I colored the little girl image with promarker and fussy cut her and the teeny tiny turtle as well. I used pattern papers from Lawn Fawn. Did you noticed lately I’ve been putting sequins in every card I make? I think that’s my latest addition in card making. I so love the sequins I got from Pretty Pink Posh 🙂
My card sketch inspiration is from Sketch N Scrap sketch # 41.
So here’s my take

Wow. Seems like it’s forever since I last shared my card at Paper Smooches Sparks challenge. I’m happy to be joining again this week, just few hours before the deadline 🙂
So without further ado, my take for the challenge. I used Paper Smooches Santa Paws stamp set.

I’m entering this card also in Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, Anything Goes.
I’m sharing today my take in this month’s challenge at Sarah Hurley365 blog. The theme: Halloween.
I only use one stamp set for this card. It’s Sarah‘s Malcolm Strange stamp set. I got the black & white pattern paper from A Few of my Favourite Things March kit. I used it specifically with that skull drawing in there 🙂
I added a shine in the pumpkins using glossy accents, same thing to the ghost eyes and kitty’s nose. I stacked them together to show some form of balancing act while Malcolm is looking at them 🙂 I also used the spider web stamp for my card base background.
Until next time!

Today is a card share using embellishments that I have from Sarah‘s kit and random ones I get in the past in Sarah’s shop. I love putting items together from different kits, just nice to see how they complement even if it’s an individually sold item or from a kit pack.
I used mainly strips of patterned papers. I also stamped the leaves to have an additional color in the card then tucked it in the felt flower.
The two smaller flowers are glittered so I also added some shine in the gray flowers in the left using Wink of Stella clear glitter pen.
and the finish card in full
If you’re interested in any of the products I used on this project, I listed the supplies below this post.
Remember, there’s an ongoing challenge at Sarah Hurley365 blog with the theme Buttons. You can visit the blog here for full details.
That wraps it up, so easy card today that can be reproduced in no time at all.
I’m entering this card to Scribble & Scrap Challenge # 27, Anything Goes.

Will catch up again soon!
Sarah Hurley has recently release the new kits at her store and oh my! I love this kit from A Few of my Favourites Things – Tropical Favourites. This reminds me so much of home, the tropical Philippines 🙂 We don’t have flamingos but I definitely love this pink creature in Sarah’s pattern papers and stamps. So glad to get this set to play with.
Here’s my full card.
My card sketch inspiration is from Sketch N Scrap sketch # 31. Though I’m not doing Project Life projects, I’m so happy to use PL card in to my cards. I used the blackboard PL card into the sketch and I added some white embossing on it plus fussy cut the pink flamingo above my sentiment.
I’m sharing the process of how I created my card today in Sarah Hurley 365 blog. You can also check them out here.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend! 🙂
This month’s challenge at Sarah Hurley 365 blog is now live with the theme: My Favorite Things.
Aside from card making, I also love sewing and it always makes me happy whenever I can incorporate sewing materials or sewing into my card project.
My favorite things are placed altogether in my card today, the blue and pink colors, felt flowers, die cutting and stamped coloring 🙂 Not a lot isn’t it?
I used a combination of paper kits from Sarah Hurley including: Be Mine kit, April kit-Happy, January kit-Loving Life, July kit-All at Sea and February kit add-on – St Marks. The sentiment is from Sarah’s Sentiment stamp set.
For more project inspirations, you can see the rest of the team’s take on challenge here.
I’m entering this card to Simon Says Stamp, Anything Goes Challenge.
Catch up with you later!
