Have a Ball – Shaker card

This week I’m taking part in Paper Smooches, Anything Goes Challenge, July 19-26 (wk3).

SPARKS BADGE

I used the Crystal Clear stamp set and die cut the bottle using the Crystal Clear 2 dies. The purple beads are very inexpensive ones that I bought before in our local craft store.

Be You

Happy Sunday!

Checking in quickly to share my watercolored butterflies usingĀ Wplus9 Flora & Fauna 2 stamp set. The colors were inspired from Dawn, so love her watercolor techniques.

I stamped the butterflies with Antique Linen distress ink, then played with the colors in my watercolor palette.

For my kraft card base, I embossed them with an embossing folder. My sentiment is made from thick letters from my previous stash.

Spreadin’ a little love

Hi there!

Checking in quickly to share this watercolor card project that I colored previously. I gold embossed the succulents and colored them with my distress markers. Loving this medium šŸ™‚

I added a die cut heart in between the two succulents to connect them in a way.

I used Hero Arts Stamp your Own Succulents and sentiment from Mama Elephant Everyday Greetings.

My sketch inspiration is from Sketch Saturday Week # 369.

Happy Friday!

I still have a lot of crafty supplies that I haven’t had the chance to play with so this time is a good change to use some of them. I usedĀ Paper Smooches Fancy Frames Icons dies for my main shapes.

For the stamped flowers, I used the small icons from Paper Smooches Recipe for Success stamp set. I love using tiny stamps to create patterns such as these šŸ™‚Ā For some texture, I added twine from Lawn Fawn and a strip of washi tape.

I’m entering this card in this week’s Paper SmoochesĀ challenge, Anything Goes, July 5-11 (Week 1).

Moo-tiful birthday

Hi there!

I was looking at new sketches in my favorite challenge blogs and was challenged to work this one from Sketch N Scrap.

I don’t have pattern papers with ray designs so I made the rays using different colors in watercolor. Ā For the circle at the middle, I white embossed the doily to mimic the circle shape. I have that stamp from way back when so its nice to use it this time around.

The cow stamp is from Simon Says Stamp, Party Animal set.

This is theĀ Ā card sketch inspiration from Sketch N Scratch, Sketch # 53.
